Try Up High

Fished yesterday above Yankee Jim Canyon, at Lo Duke Springs. The fishing was good with a hopper-dropper combo. The Thunder Thighs Hopper in yellow, size 10, took several decent fish on the surface. A number of additional trout, and a ton of whitefish, ate the bead-head dropper, tied on about 2 feet behind the hopper. […]

It’s Hopper Time!

Even the little guys can land the big ones during hopper season. Way to go, Max Thornton! Rumor is, this bad boy came up for a Pink Pookie. Stop by the shop and grab a few before they’re all gone.
